Anti-PITX2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognises PITX2 (also referred to as PITX2/RGS). It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The antibody is supplied unconjugated in liquid form.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human Pituitary homeobox 2 (PITX2), referencing accession NP_000316.2. The target protein has a molecular weight of 35 kDa, and the reagent is affinity purified. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:1,000.
