Anti-Pitx1 (E130) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers this primary antibody, a rabbit polyclonal reagent directed against the Pitx1 target. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100–150 of Human Pitx1, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of Pitx1 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 34 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. One scientific validation image is available.
