Anti-PIP Antibody

This polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is raised in rabbit and targets PIP (also referred to as GCDFP 15). It is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and validated for use in immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 29–146 of human PIP (NP_002643.1). It is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:50–1:100 for IHC and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF.
