Anti-PINX1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the PINX1 telomere regulator, this polyclonal reagent enables western blot detection of endogenous PINX1 protein in human, mouse, and rat samples. PINX1 (PIN2/TRF1-interacting telomerase inhibitor 1) binds TRF1 and modulates telomerase activity at chromosome ends, making the antibody useful for research on telomere maintenance, genomic stability, and tumor suppressor pathways, including studies in hepatocellular carcinoma and breast cancer models.

Antibodies.com supplies each vial as 100 µl at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline containing 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.3.
