Anti-PINK1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes PINK1 and is supplied as a liquid reagent of the IgG isotype at a lot-specific concentration. It is unconjugated and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with additional applications including Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunofluorescence (IF) listed in the product specifications. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 282-581 of human PINK1 (NP_115785.1). Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:1,000-1:5,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200.

The reagent is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified. The reported molecular weight is 60 kDa.
