Anti-PIN1 (phospho-S16) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against PIN1 phosphorylated at Serine 16. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human PIN1 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 16, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of PIN1 protein. It is unconjugated and supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.

Validated for WB and IHC, the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 18 kDa. Purity exceeds 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, achieved through affinity purification from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
