Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against PIN1. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence applications and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
The immunogen is recombinant full length human PIN1, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of total PIN1 protein. The molecular weight of the target is approximately 18 kDa. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
