Anti-PIM1 (I302) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against PIM1 (I302). The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 271–320 of human Pim-1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of PIM1 protein. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, the reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight is approximately 45 kDa, and one scientific validation image is available.
