Anti-PIK3R1 (phospho Y467) + PIK3R2 (phospho Y467) + PIK3R3 (phospho Y467) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Y467 of human PIK3R1/2/3. It recognises the phospho Tyr467 + Tyr464 + Tyr199 modifications on PI 3 Kinase p85 alpha, PI 3 Kinase p55 gamma and PI 3 Kinase p85 beta.

Validated for Western Blot (WB) and reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reagent is supplied as an unconjugated liquid of the IgG isotype at a lot-specific concentration, purified by affinity purification, and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target runs at 85 kDa, and recommended Western Blot dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
