Anti-PIK3CG Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent raised against PIK3CG, also known as PI 3 Kinase catalytic subunit gamma or PI3K-gamma. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–310 of human PIK3CG (NCBI reference NP_002640.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 126 kDa. The reagent is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Concentration is reported as lot specific.

For Western blot, the recommended dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
