Anti-PIK3CA Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against PI 3 Kinase catalytic subunit alpha (PIK3CA) and supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 294-610 of human PIK3CA (NP_006209.2), and the antibody is affinity purified.

Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, the reagent shows reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200, with the target running at a molecular weight of 110 kDa.

The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with a lot-specific concentration. It is shipped at 4 degrees C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 degrees C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
