Anti-PIGR Antibody

The Antibodies.com Anti-PIGR polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows on human samples. It targets the polymeric immunoglobulin receptor (PIGR), the type I transmembrane glycoprotein that mediates transcytosis of secretory IgA and IgM across mucosal epithelial surfaces of the gut, respiratory tract, and exocrine glands.

Supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum in a single-use vial, the reagent suits researchers probing epithelial transport, mucosal barrier biology, secretory component cleavage, and IgA-mediated humoral defense.
