Anti-PIGR Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Polymeric immunoglobulin receptor (PIGR), offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

Provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, the antibody is affinity purified and reports a molecular weight of 100 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 460-600 of human PIGR (NP_002635.2). Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200.
