Description
Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets PIG-Y. It is raised in rabbit, supplied unconjugated, and reacts with human and mouse samples.
Validated for ELISA, Western blot and immunohistochemistry. The immunogen is a 16 amino acid peptide near the carboxy terminus of human PIG-Y, and the antibody specifically detects isoform 1 of PIG-Y. The reagent is purified by affinity chromatography using a peptide column and is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline containing 0.02% sodium azide.
It is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided. Two scientific validation images accompany the product.
