Anti-PIEZO1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting PIEZO1 (also referred to as FAM38A), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. The antibody is raised in rabbit and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, supporting use across these species in laboratory research.

Validated applications include Western Blot (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:100–1:500 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 2230–2420 of human FAM38A/PIEZO1 (NP_001136336.2). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with a lot-specific concentration.

For handling, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, and freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
