Anti-PIDD Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting PIDD1. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-85 of human PIDD (NP_665893.2) and purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 100-110 kDa.

Validated for use in Western blot, IHC, and ICC/IF, the antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB, 1:50-1:200 for IHC, and 1:50-1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a lot-specific concentration.
