Anti-PICK1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody (IgG isotype) from Antibodies.com targets PICK1. Raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 260–360 of human PICK1 (NP_036539.1), the reagent is unconjugated and supplied as a liquid. It is validated for Western Blotting and reacts with human samples, with a recommended working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB. The target has a predicted molecular weight of 53 kDa.

The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The concentration is lot-specific. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C on arrival; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
