Anti-PIBF1 Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against full-length human PIBF1 (progesterone immunomodulatory binding factor 1, also known as CEP90 / C13orf24) and is supplied as a 50 µL liquid at approximately 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot and Immunohistochemistry and detects endogenous levels of the ~90 kDa PIBF1 target in human, mouse and rat samples. Polyclonal IgG from rabbit host is purified by epitope-specific immunogen affinity chromatography to a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. For short-term handling the vial may be kept at 4 °C, while longer-term storage is recommended at –20 °C in single-use aliquots, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve reagent activity.
