PIBF1 (Progesterone-Induced Blocking Factor 1) is a centrosomal and secreted protein linked to progesterone-driven immunomodulation, trophoblast biology, and cell-cycle regulation. This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com was raised against PIBF1 and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, packaged as a 100 µl aliquot that supports multiple membrane blots or tissue-staining runs. Polyclonal recognition of several PIBF1 epitopes aids detection in studies of recurrent pregnancy loss, immune tolerance at the maternal-fetal interface, and centrosome-associated signaling. Aliquot upon first use and store at -20°C; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding performance.
