Anti-PIASy (D488) Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody raised in rabbits against PIASy (D488), offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies category. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 455–506 of human PIASy, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of the PIAS4 protein.

The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. Purification is performed by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein migrates at approximately 56 kDa.
