This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against PIASx and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) applications. It is supplied unconjugated and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–50 of Human PIASx as immunogen. It specifically detects endogenous levels of PIAS2 protein.
The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 68 kDa.
