Anti-PIASx Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets the PIASx protein and is supplied at a 50 µl pack size (a 100 µl size is also available). The antibody is unconjugated, raised in rabbit, and is provided as a polyclonal IgG fraction at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in a liquid formulation consisting of PBS with 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen (a synthesized peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human PIASx), and is validated for the detection of endogenous PIASx levels by ELISA and Western blot (WB). Species reactivity covers human, mouse, rat and monkey samples, making the reagent suitable for a broad range of cell- and tissue-based research workflows. Shipping is performed at 4 °C, and upon receipt the antibody should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
