Description
Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises PIASx and is unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.
The antibody was raised against recombinant full-length human PIASx and is of the IgG isotype. It specifically detects endogenous levels of the PIASx protein and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen.
The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 68 kDa, and the antibody purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Two scientific validation images are provided.
