Anti-PIAS3 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against an internal region of human PIAS3 (Protein Inhibitor of Activated STAT 3) and is designed to detect endogenous levels of the total PIAS3 protein. Supplied at the 50 µl pack size as an unconjugated Rabbit IgG preparation at 1.0 mg/mL, the antibody is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol for long-term stability. It is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and has been confirmed to react with human, mouse and rat samples, making it a versatile choice for cross-species studies of the PIAS family of SUMO E3 ligases. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human PIAS3, and the antiserum is affinity-purified using epitope-specific affinity chromatography to minimise off-target binding. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody activity.
