Anti-PIAS1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets PIAS1 (Protein Inhibitor of Activated STAT 1) and is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The antibody was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human PIAS1 and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, ensuring selective recognition of endogenous levels of total PIAS1 protein. It is formulated as rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and is provided in unconjugated form for maximum flexibility in downstream detection.
