Anti-PIAS 1 (G24) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against PIAS 1 and is specific for an epitope corresponding to amino acids 1-50 of the human protein. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It has been validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and it reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody detects endogenous levels of PIAS 1 protein, with a reported molecular weight of approximately 72 kDa. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
