From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against PI3K p85β (Q496) and validated for use in immunohistochemistry (IHC). It is supplied unconjugated and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 471–520 of Human PI3K p85β, and it detects endogenous levels of PI 3-kinase p85β protein. It is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography with the epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 85 kDa.
