Anti-PI3K p85α (phospho-Tyr607) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human PI3K p85α around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 607. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using this epitope-specific immunogen, with > 95% purity reported by SDS-PAGE. Specificity is restricted to detection of endogenous PI3-kinase p85α protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr607, with a molecular weight of ~ 85 kDa. The product formulation is 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.
