It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target proteins migrate at approximately 55 and 85 kDa.
