Anti-PI3K p85α/p55γ (Tyr607) Antibody

The Antibodies.com polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit against PI3K p85α, also recognising the PI3K p55γ isoform when phosphorylated at Tyr607.

Supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen — a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 580-630 of human PI3K p85α. Stated purity is > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
