Anti-PI3K p110γ (L89) Antibody

The reagent is unconjugated and is of the IgG isotype, with reactivity validated for human samples and applications in Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on paraffin-embedded sections. Affinity purification by immunogen-specific chromatography yields a preparation with purity exceeding 95% by SDS-PAGE, raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 50–100 of human PI3K p110γ. For short-term handling the vial should be kept at 4 °C, while long-term storage at –20 °C in working aliquots is recommended to avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
