Anti-PI3K p110α (R519) Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is directed against PI3K p110α and marketed as the Anti-PI3K p110α (R519) reagent. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 500–550 of Human PI3K p110α and detects endogenous levels of PI 3-kinase p110α protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
