Anti-PI3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting PI3 (also referred to as Elafin/ESI). The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and is supplied as a liquid. It has been validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 23–117 of human PI3 (NP_002629.1). It is affinity purified and provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 12 kDa. Concentration is reported as lot specific.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:100–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
