Anti-PHPT1 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab180797)

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against PHPT1 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and supplied as a liquid that has been purified by affinity chromatography.

The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–125 of human PHPT1 (NP_054891.2). The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the target protein has a molecular weight of 13 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
