Anti-PHPT1 Antibody

Designed for researchers investigating phosphohistidine phosphatase signalling, this rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets the PHPT1 protein (also known as PHP14, 14 kDa phosphohistidine phosphatase, Protein histidine phosphatase, and Protein janus-A homolog). The antibody is supplied as an unconjugated IgG at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. It is offered in a 50 µL vial and was raised against a recombinant immunogen derived from human PHPT1, then purified by affinity chromatography using that immunogen.
