Anti-PHPT1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets PHPT1 (Phosphohistidine Phosphatase 1), a small intracellular phosphatase that catalyzes dephosphorylation of phospho-histidine residues in proteins. As the principal human phosphohistidine phosphatase, PHPT1 has been investigated for its role in CDP and UDP hydrolysis, modulation of potassium channel activity, and elevated expression reported in non-small cell lung cancer tissue.

The unconjugated reagent is supplied in a 100 µl volume and has been validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence applications on human specimens.
