Anti-PHPT1 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets PHPT1, a protein also known as 14 kDa phosphohistidine phosphatase, Phosphohistidine phosphatase 1, PHP, PHP14, Protein histidine phosphatase, and Protein janus-A homolog. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

The reagent is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF), and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is recombinant full-length human PHPT1, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of PHPT1 protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 14 kDa.

Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, the antibody achieves a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. It belongs to the IgG isotype and is classified within the Primary Antibodies category.
