Anti-PHOX2B Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against the PHOX2B protein, offered by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and it has been validated for use in Western blot (WB) on samples from human, mouse and rat origins. The manufacturer datasheet recommends working dilutions of 1:500–1:1,000 for WB applications.

The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–90 of human PHOX2B (NP_003915.2). It is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the reported molecular weight of the target is 35 kDa.

The product has been purified by affinity chromatography and is shipped at 4°C; for longer-term storage it should be aliquoted and kept at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
