Anti-Phostensin Antibody

This Mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody specifically targets Phostensin (also known as PPP1R18), a regulatory subunit of protein phosphatase 1 that localizes to pointed ends of actin filaments and modulates actin cytoskeleton organization. Supplied as a 100 µL aliquot of purified antibody in 0.1M Tris-Glycine buffer (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.2% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, this reagent is validated for Western blot detection of the human Phostensin protein.
