Description
A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against phospholipase C eta 1 isoform b and supplied unconjugated. Validated for Western blot (WB) and reactive with Human samples, the reagent is purified by antigen-affinity chromatography.
The immunogen is a recombinant protein fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 530 and 823 of Human PLCH1. The antibody is formulated in 0.1M Tris-buffered saline with 10% Glycerol (pH 7.0), with 0.01% Thimerosal added as a preservative.
