Anti-PHLPP1 Antibody

From the Antibodies.com range of research-grade primary antibodies, this polyclonal reagent is raised in Rabbit and targets PHLPP1 (PH domain and leucine rich repeat protein phosphatase 1, also known as SCOP/PLEKHE1), a serine/threonine phosphatase that acts as a tumour suppressor by dephosphorylating Akt. The antibody is supplied as 50 µl of an unconjugated IgG preparation at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and it is validated for Western Blotting. It is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species expression studies of endogenous PHLPP1.
