Anti-PHLPP1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised against PHLPP1 (also referred to in manufacturer data as SCOP), a PH domain and leucine rich repeat protein phosphatase 1 that is tissue-enriched in brain. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

According to the manufacturer's product data, the antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1160–1428 of human PHLPP1 (NP_919431.2) and was affinity-purified before being supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 185 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200.
