Anti-PHLDA2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody is raised against PHLDA2 and supplied unconjugated. It is validated for use with human samples and is recommended for Western blot (WB) applications, with immunofluorescence (IF) also listed as a tested application.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–152 of human PHLDA2 (NP_003302.1). The preparation is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 20 kDa. Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and upon delivery should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
