Anti-PHKB Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PHKB. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 699-744 of Human PHKB and detects endogenous levels of the target protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 125 kDa. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, in a volume of 50µl. Third-party protein database entries describe PHKB (Phosphorylase kinase regulatory subunit beta) as tissue-enhanced in skeletal muscle and localised to the Golgi apparatus.
