Anti-PHKA2 Antibody

Phosphorylase kinase regulatory subunit alpha 2 (PHKA2) is the hepatic isoform of the alpha subunit of phosphorylase kinase, a serine/threonine kinase complex central to glycogen metabolism. Mutations in the X-linked PHKA2 gene cause glycogen storage disease type IX, a hereditary metabolic disorder presenting with hepatomegaly, hypoglycemia, and growth delay in affected children.
