PHIP (Pleckstrin Homology Domain Interacting Protein), also known as DCAF14, is a WD40-repeat nuclear protein that functions as a substrate receptor within the CUL4-DDB1 E3 ubiquitin ligase complex, where it contributes to chromatin-associated histone H2B ubiquitination. This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against PHIP and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows on human and mouse samples.

The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a stabiliser, and is provided as a 100 µl aliquot. As an unconjugated polyclonal antibody it can be paired with secondary detection reagents chosen by the researcher, supporting studies of PHIP function in cancer cell lines, neural tissue (where PHIP haploinsufficiency is implicated in Chung-Jansen syndrome), and chromatin biology research. For short-term use store refrigerated at 4°C; for longer storage aliquot and freeze at -20°C, limiting repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve activity.
