Anti-PHIP Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PHIP and supplied as a liquid preparation. The unconjugated IgG antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1542–1821 of human PHIP (NP_060404.3) and reacts with human and mouse samples.

Validated for western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported target molecular weight of 250 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
