Anti-PHGDH Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets PHGDH / Malate dehydrogenase and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunoprecipitation (IP). The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 264-533 of human PHGDH (NP_006614.2), and the target has a molecular weight of 57 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000, ICC/IF: 1:100-1:500, and IP: 1:500-1:1,000. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. Concentration is lot specific.
