Anti-PHF6 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com targets the PHD finger protein 6 (PHF6) chromatin-associated factor in human samples. PHF6 is a nuclear protein harboring two plant homeodomain (PHD) zinc-finger modules and is recruited to chromatin through interactions with the NuRD complex and histone reader proteins, where it influences transcription factor output during development and hematopoiesis. Germline mutations in the gene cause Borjeson-Forssman-Lehmann syndrome, while acquired somatic alterations drive a defined fraction of T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia, making the protein a recurrent subject of leukemia and neurodevelopmental research.
