Anti-PHF6 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets PHF6 (PHD finger protein 6), an X-linked chromatin-associated transcriptional regulator implicated in Börjeson-Forssman-Lehmann syndrome and recurrently mutated in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia and acute myeloid leukemia. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, in a 100 µl vial format. Validated applications include Western blot (WB) for detection of endogenous PHF6 protein levels across human and mouse lysates, and immunohistochemistry (IHC) for visualizing nuclear and nucleolar localization of PHF6 in fixed tissue sections.
